Domestic and Interpersonal Violence Support Group 
Tuesdays: 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM

This is a peer support group open to individuals who have experienced domestic and interpersonal violence. The group is designed to provide support and facilitate the process of healing through member-driven discussion. Members are encouraged to share their experiences with one another, which helps them to know that they are not alone in what they are experiencing or feeling. This group is free to the public and new members can join at any time.

Survivors of Sexual Assault Support Group 
Thursdays: 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM

This is a peer support group for sexual assault survivors who want to share their experiences and feelings with others who have also been through such trauma. Members are encouraged to share their experiences with one another while learning skills to elevate self-esteem, change negative patterns, increase mindfulness, and learn new coping strategies for trauma-related symptoms. This group is free to the public and new members can join at any time.

Men's Peer Support Group (Starting September 1, 2018)
Mondays:  5:30 PM 7:00 PM

This is a peer support group for those who identify as male and are survivors of interpersonal violence. The group is designed to provide a space for members to share their experiences and feelings with others who have been through similar trauma. This group is free to the public and new members can join at any time.
